Venues for large groups up to 500 people 

K-Märkt

At K-Märkt, sustainability is in the focus but so are your creative demands. This place is perfect if you want to customize your conference dinner into the small details.

 
Nationalmuseum

The newly designed interior and furniture together with the old architecture create a comfortable atmosphere with its mixture of old and new. Our modern Swedish style of cooking follows the seasons, always with our cultural heritage as a starting point and inspiration.

Vasamuseet

At Vasamuseet you sit and enjoy your dinner next to the majestic ship Vasa from the 17th century. Vasamuseet can accommodate up to 500 guests and you’ll have the ship as your dinner guest. Capsized and sank in Stockholm in 1628 and was salvaged 333 years later.

Norra Latin

Norra Latin, Stockholm’s first boutique house in the 1880s neo – renaissance style. Our kitchen offers menus with great variety. Swedish flavors or culinary experiences from around the world - the choice is yours.

Venues for medium sized groups (100-200)

Winterviken

The venue has a ceiling of wooden beams, brick walls, and enormous arched windows. Here you can host up to 200 dining guests in the Grand Hall.

Sergel Hub

The perfect location. On Sveavägen, right by Sergels Torg, we created Sweden’s most modern meeting place for events and dinners.

Solliden

At Sollidens Matsal you get to explore a traditional Swedish cuisine in their banquet hall with a beautiful view of the inlet of Stockholm

Sjöcaféet

Located at the Djurgårsbron, the Sea Cafe is one of Stockholm’s largest outdoor seating cafés in the summer.

Fem Små Hus

In the heart of Stockholm’s Gamla Stan, is Fem Små Hus.
A first-class restaurant serving our guests a mix of Swedish cuisine with a French twist in a fantastic historic setting.

Berns Asiatiska

Berns Asiatiska was the first Chinese restaurant in 1940s Sweden and was then a new and exotic feature among Stockholm's restaurants. 

Griffins Steakhouse

Grand, design-led contemporary steakhouse & bar with plush lampshades & quirky decorative touches.

Hillenberg

Perfectly pitched for busy Humlegårdsgatan is this stylish take on a classic brasserie. It has a smart, elegant feel and a hugely impressive wine cellar.

Berns (The Red Room)

The room where August Strindberg discussed politics and art with other radical Bohemians. The food is naturally served from our award-winning Asian kitchen.

Berns (Mirror Hall)

The beautiful "Spegelsalen" recalls the Hall of Mirrors at the Palace of Versailles. Choose between a three-course meal or our popular table buffet from our award-winning Asian kitchen.

Trattorian 
Trattorian is a relaxed and genuine Italian restaurant – it's cozy, leafy, motley and cozy. The unique location at Kajplats 464 right next to the water, Trattorian extra lovely summertime, when the large glass sections open up to the glittering Riddarfjärden and the outdoor terrace.
Ivar's Dining Room

Ivar,  operates in the exklusive Matchstick Palace (Swedish: Tändstickspalatset). We help you with dinner arrangements, private receptions and more. 

Klara Strand 

A restaurant with a beautiful light and high ceilings. From the stair ledge you have a nice overview of the room. The 45 steps lead down to round tables and a feeling that somehow never becomes impersonal even if the space is impressive.

Terms & Conditions

Please send an email to easd2022@meetagain.se for help with booking your dinner arrangements during EASD. 

We only accept bookings from groups over 25 persons. For dinner arrangements, an administration fee of SEK 2500 per booking/restaurant applies. This fee is subject to statutory VAT according to Sweden and EU regulations. If more extensive assistance is needed for your group a project management fee of 650 SEK per hour will apply.
